The iconic elbow mac – is a narrow, curved tube shape pasta as seen in most mac & cheese recipes. Elbows would be a perfect addition to kids menus or soup based recipes.
Often mistaken for bow tie pasta or butterfly pasta, Farfalle features a pinched middle with ruffled edges. Pairs well with heavier red or cream-based sauces.
The classic, Penne pasta is a short, cylindrical shape noodle with both ends cut at an angle. Ideal for single serve entrees, batch cooking, especially for pasta bars and action stations.
Tri-color rotini are short, spiral noodles made with enriched semolina flour, tomato and spinach. The name “tri-color” means “colorful twists,” inspired by children – leading to a fun, colorful experience on a plate.
